Complaints And Compliments

At Huron Hospice, we do all we can to meet the needs of those we serve. Usually, we get it right. Sometimes we don’t. The way we improve is when you tell us how we can do better. We also improve when you tell us what we have done well so that we keep doing it. If you have a complaint or a compliment about anything related to our services, please send an email to our executive director, Willy Van Klooster. His address is willy.vanklooster@huronhospice.ca. If you need assistance in writing your complaint, our executive director will assign a staff person to assist you.
