Our Mission

MISSION: We enhance the comfort, dignity, and quality of life of individuals with life-threatening conditions through specialized palliative care services, while supporting their families, friends and caregivers through the illness, death and bereavement. VISION: We will empower the dying to live their final days in dignity and comfort through choice of care and setting to help them “live through death”. We will enhance the lives of families, caregivers, and those so profoundly affected by the most sad and solemn situations along life’s journey that they may find peace and healing. VALUES: In all we do, we will demonstrate caring, compassion, sincerity, collaboration, responsibility, and advocacy.
